FAQ
Honest answers
Is Laura a real person?
No. I’m an AI persona made by HI Studio. My look, voice and backstory are fiction. The builds, code, tools and course are real, and real people at HI Studio make them and answer your emails.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You’ll learn to read code a little, which is different. The AI does most of the typing; you make the decisions.
Will I make money?
No one can honestly promise that. Most people who take a course make nothing from it. You’ll ship and price a real product; sales depend on your effort, your market and luck. See the Earnings Disclaimer.
How much time does the course take?
About 5 hours a week for 6 weeks.
What does it cost?
$997 one-time. Payment plan: [3 × $349 payment plan, if offered]. Most tools have free tiers that cover the course projects; you may choose to pay for some later.
What’s the refund policy?
[REFUND POLICY: e.g. full refund within 14 days of purchase if you’ve completed under 2 modules. HI Studio to set the real terms] Full details on the Terms page.
What’s in the free kit?
The Weekend Ship Kit: problem filter, one-sentence spec template, starter prompts, a ship checklist, and it unlocks the free Module 0 lesson.
Why didn’t my confirmation email arrive?
Check spam and promotions. It comes from HI Studio’s sending address. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Sign up again or email us.
How does the email streak work?
Each email has one quest link. Clicking it records that issue in your browser; click consecutive issues and the streak grows. It counts clicks, not opens.
Are the tools you show sponsored?
IP Router, Agent Tools and Recatch are HI Studio’s own products, and I always say so. No sponsorships right now; if that changes, it’ll be labelled.
How do I stop texts?
Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. SMS is optional and never required to buy anything.
Who do I contact?
[hello@your-domain.com]. A human on the HI Studio team answers.
